The cells for the photos I use are one line at a time, in which the picture is pasted The new 2013 word has no "cells" (that I can find) just the tables that can be inserted. That was a work around someone suggested years ago, and it has worked for years. In the 2003 Office, I created lots of documents with cells in them, (1) use was to automatically re-size pictures that were pasted into a document, since none of the versions of Word have had a default picture size setting for when pasting My Word documents have been updated to the new formats over the years. The issue crops up when I paste a photo into a "cell" in the new word format. Not sure I ever shared a document without sending it as an attachment. I have a cloud account with Microsoft, and a Google account, does that work. If you have an email address I will send it to you. Let me know how to get you a copy, and I am happy to share the document. Thanks for your offer to look at the document, and your suggestions.
